Financial contributions to FoCh
You may make your contribution by online funds transfer, by cheque, or cash per your convenience. Contributions are exempt from Income Tax u/s 80G of IT Act, 1961 for 50% of the amount contributed.
1. Transfer funds online
This is a preferred mode of accepting donations for us. You may transfer funds to our account – details given below.

Imp Note: While making an online transfer, please mention ACCOUNT HOLDERS’ NAME in the transaction remarks. (Do NOT mention any other text – for e.g. Friends of Children). Having a/c holders’ name helps us in correctly tracking online donations and for auditing purposes.
2. Payment by Cheque

3. Cash contributions
If you wish to make cash contribution, please contact a volunteer known to you or visit us at Bhavan-Bangalore Press School, No.89, Mysore Road, Chamarajpet on Sundays between 11-00 a.m. to 2-00 p.m.Click here for map and directions
- After sending/dropping a cheque or making an online transfer, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, Contact details (Address, E-mail ID, Phone No.), amount deposited, cheque details (if applicable) and PAN.
- We will issue receipts to all donors. Please note that receipts can be issued only in the name of the account holder (for cheque contributions / online transfers)
Please note that we have no employees and no overheads. This means that all our activities are completely executed by volunteers, and all incidental expenses are also borne by volunteers, thus ensuring that 100% of the individual financial contributions go towards supporting education related expenses.
